xrsq4jmttlaThe leading specialists and the tutors of Maritime Law and Management Faculty held the round table in the framework of the Ukrainian Law Week in NU «OMA» on December 8, 2016.

The main topic of the meeting was dedicated to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Besides, the round table’s participants discussed the issues of the European and international human rights standards, the constitutional human rights guarantees, the legitimate interests of the Ukrainian citizens and the possibility of their guarantees. The main strategies to protect the rights of crew members while conducting the investigation of emergency situations at sea were considered as well.
