The IV International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students Maritime Law and Management: «Evolution and Modern Challenges» was held at National University «Odessa Maritime Academy» from 6 till 7 December, 2018.
The purpose of the conference was to discuss topical issues of effective legal regulation and management in the sphere of using the maritime complex and infrastructure in the conditions of globalization and European integration.
Thematic areas of of the conference were the following:
-Maritime law: international maritime law; international private maritime law; national maritime law.
– Maritime management: tendencies in the development of a seagoing complex; transport industry in the system of economy globalization; Ukraine and integration processes of transport; management of innovative processes in transport.
– Legal and managerial aspects of Ukraine’s development in the conditions of European integration: modern directions of effective development management; directions of development of law branches and institutes in conditions of European integration.
– Humanistic problems of sustainable development: philosophical, historical, cultural aspects.
According to the results of the conference, a collection of abstracts of participants’ reports are to be published.
