The IMarEST is delighted to announce the successful completion of an accreditation visit to National University  “Odessa Maritime Academy”. This is the fourth accreditation visit by the Institute. The panel were looking at programmes within the following specialities: Marine Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering and Radio Electronics.

The panel were happy to confirm that the programmes meet the academic requirements for professional registration with the Engineering Council as a Chartered and Incorporated Engineer, for the Masters and Bachelor programmes respectively. They were pleased to note the high quality of the programme content, excellent facilities and highly experienced staff.

It was a pleasure for the accreditation panel to meet staff and students, and visit an Institution which has a long history of supplying highly trained seafarers to the Ukrainian Merchant Navy.
